Role Overview
We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Lead AI/ML Engineer – Conversational AI to join our team in Hyderabad. In this position, you will take ownership of critical operational workstreams, collaborate across cross-functional units, and contribute directly to expanding our national footprint.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of conversational AI models and systems for customer support and engagement.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP and machine learning techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into Zomato's core platforms.
• Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap for the organization.
