Information we process
We process account details, contact information, professional profiles, résumés, job applications, screening answers, messages, interview activity, saved jobs, alerts, employer verification records, safety reports and technical security logs required to operate Job House India.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide recruitment services, match candidates and jobs, operate application workflows, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules, communicate service updates and comply with legal obligations.
Who can access it
Candidate profile and application information is available to the employer and authorised hiring-team members for jobs the candidate applies to. Platform moderators and support staff may access information when required for safety, support or compliance. We do not sell candidate personal information.
Résumés and sensitive information
Do not include Aadhaar numbers, bank details, passwords, OTPs or unrelated sensitive records in a résumé or message. Résumé downloads are access-controlled and intended only for authorised recruitment use.
Retention
Active account and recruitment records are retained while needed to provide the service. Safety, audit and transaction records may be retained longer where necessary to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Data no longer required is deleted or de-identified.
Your choices and rights
You may update your profile, adjust alerts, and request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where a legal, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligation applies.
Cookies and communications
Essential cookies maintain sessions and security. Optional analytics or messaging services are enabled only when configured. Job alerts and notification preferences can be changed from the account workspace.
Security and grievances
We use access controls, hashed credentials, audit logs and moderation processes to protect platform data. To report a privacy or safety concern, use the platform support channel or Candidate Safety Centre. Do not send passwords or financial credentials.
This notice should be reviewed by qualified Indian privacy counsel before public launch and updated with the operating company name, address and grievance-officer contact details.
