Our guarantees
- No ghost jobs: roles posted directly by employers are paused automatically if not reconfirmed open for 21 days. Imported roles link to the employer’s own application page.
- Offer Kept: employers record whether accepted offers were honoured; the rate appears on company pages once 5 offers have been accepted.
- Verified insights only: reviews and salaries come from work-email-verified employees or offers accepted on the platform, shown only in groups of 5 or more.
- Grievances: acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 15 days (file one).
Definitions: “direct” means posted by an employer account rather than imported from another site. Reply rate counts applications submitted 7–90 days ago that received a recorded stage update from the employer within 7 days; employers need at least 5 such applications to be included.
