What we ask of every employer
- Show a salary range. A range is enough.
- Update applicants within 7 days. Candidates see your measured reply rate.
- Give a reason when you close an application. Pick it from a short list.
- Confirm open roles at least every 21 days. Unconfirmed roles are paused, so candidates never apply to ghost jobs.
- Never charge candidates anything. Fee requests are blocked and can get a listing suspended.
