Role Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Data Scientist – Personalization to join our team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will take ownership of critical operational workstreams, collaborate across cross-functional units, and contribute directly to expanding our national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for personalized recommendations, search ranking, and user segmentation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive product and business decisions.
• Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and algorithms on key metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate data science solutions into production systems and monitor their performance.
