    Experience Range: With at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in finance analysis, business operations, and vendor management, ideally progressing to 4 years in increasingly complex roles Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify actionable trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement within business operations
  • Prepare, review, and track Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure scope accuracy and timely deliverables
  • Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and resolving operational issues to drive efficiency
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
  • Support audit processes by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries related to business operations and vendor agreements
  • Required Skills:
  • Financial modeling using Excel
  • SOW management and scope tracking
  • Vendor management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
  • Business process optimization in finance operations
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Financial reporting software
  • Contract management platforms
  • ERP systems (Netsuite (must), SAP, Oracle)
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Risk management in vendor relationships
  • Automation tools for finance operations (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx)
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in finance
  • Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in financial analysis (such as CFA Level 1) or vendor management (such as CIPS)
  • Certification in business operations or project management (such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
