Job Title: Agent Product Builder 

Role Overview 

In this role, you will be working on the following key problems:

• End-to-End Agent Development: Build, orchestrate, and deploy autonomous AI agents to drive 90%+ automation across Office of the CFO functions for Fortune 500 clients.
• Big Finance data transformation: HighRadius sits atop the world’s most complex financial data; through world’s leading financial data transformation platform: LiveCube
• Deliver measurable value to Fortune 500 clients through Predictive forecasting, work optimization & prioritization, Anomaly identification, etc., leveraging Patent backed AI/ML algorithms.
• Unstructured Data processing: Custom Algos for Matching, Reconciliations, Parsing etc. core financial process which beat industry’s models by 50%+. 

The role is based out of the Hyderabad location. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Agent Development: Independently design, code, and deploy autonomous agents from scratch to automate critical Office of the CFO workflows. 
• Applied Data Science: Leverage Data Analytics for predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and data reconciliation, directly impacting Fortune 500 clients.
• Performance Visualization: Design clear, intuitive data visualizations and tracking dashboards to continuously monitor agent health, prove out the 90%+ automation metrics, and communicate your product’s impact to senior stakeholders.
• Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Operate as a self-contained builder. You will be writing product requirements; you will develop from the first line of code and model training to final deployment and iteration.
• Algo first thinking: Dive deep into massive, complex financial datasets. Write algos to solve NP Hard problems (Think Knapsack, or Mixed Integer Linear Programming but on Petabytes of Data).
• High-Intensity Execution: Thrive in a demanding, results-driven culture that values a “no excuses” mentality, speed of execution, and extreme dedication to hitting ambitious milestones and KPIs.

Requirements 

• Apply first principles thinking to break down and solve ambiguous problems
• Must possess Technical acumen and system design knowledge.
• Excellent Academic record from a top tier IIT
• Technical skills required – Functional Programming language (Pref. Rust), OOP (Python or Java), Distributed syst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and cross-functional deliverables for Agent Product Builder.
• Collaborate closely with departmental peers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Monitor core performance KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimization protocols.
• Champion high quality standards, peer reviews, and comprehensive team documentation.
