Role Overview
We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated AI/ML Engineer – Personalization to join our team in Delhi NCR (Gurugram). In this position, you will take ownership of critical operational workstreams, collaborate across cross-functional units, and contribute directly to expanding our national footprint.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for personalized user experiences and recommendations.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
• Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analysis to evaluate the impact of ML features.
