Our AI-powered labor marketplace helps local businesses scale, and enables global technology companies to push the frontiers of robotics and AI. Backed by world-class investors like Benchmark, Spark Capital, Craft Ventures, Greylock, Y Combinator, and others, we’re looking for exceptional talent to reimagine the way the world works.

Be part of a cutting-edge AI data collection project, capturing real-world actions and annotating
video footage to train next-generation robotics.
📍 Location: Marathalli, Bengaluru

📍Shift: Night Shift Options: 8:30 PM – 3:00 AM | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

📍 Salary: ₹27,000/month + Incentives

📍 Work Location: Kitchen / In-Office Setup

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our night shift data collection team for an AI
robotics project. As a Data Collector & Annotator, you will record structured video footage of
real-world tasks and annotate the recordings to help train robotic systems.
This role operates across two night shift environments — a kitchen setup and an in-office setup
— depending on your assigned location. Your shift and location will be confirmed at the time of
onboarding.
No prior experience in AI or technology is required. Full training is provided before you begin
work.

Key Responsibilities
• Record structured video footage of assigned tasks using a camera device (iPhone on chest
mount)
• Follow the prescribed annotation format — clearly stating task names, commands, and
action sequences during recording
• Perform physical actions accurately as per the task list assigned for the shift
• Submit demo recordings within the designated time window for quality review
• Maintain consistent quality standards as trained — script compliance, action accuracy, and
environment setup
• Follow guidance from the Supervisor and Trainer during the shift
• Complete the same assigned task for the full shift duration as per the project requirement
• Kitchen setup: perform kitchen-related tasks (appliance handling, ingredient placement,
cooking actions, etc.)
• In-office setup: perform data collection using a camera device followed by annotation of
recorded videos

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent

• Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
• Basic smartphone proficiency — comfortable handling and operating an iPhone
• Good physical fitness — role involves standing, moving, and performing repeated physical
actions during the shift
• Ability to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (8:30 PM – 6:00 AM depending on assignment)
• Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to fixed shift timings
• Clear verbal communication — able to state task names and commands audibly on camera

What We Offer

• ₹27,000 fixed monthly salary — higher pay for night shift commitment
• Performance-based daily incentives on top of fixed salary
• Full training provided before Day 1 — no prior experience needed
• Structured work environment with dedicated Supervisor and Trainer support
• Opportunity to be part of a high-growth AI data collection project
Exact shift timing (8:30 PM – 3:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and location (kitchen or in-office)
will be confirmed during the interview process.
