Job Description:

Contributing Responsibilities 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies 

General knowledge about private banking, asset management or corporate banking – Medium (at least 1 years’ experience)  

Regulatory Framework, Compliance projects – Not mandatory, but a great advantage write this ina bulletin point 

Specific Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1-year experience in the banking & finance IT industry (Very Good to have). 

• 9-12 years and above experience in IT Software Development industry (Mandatory). 

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities) 

Technical Skills: 

• Java 11-21 – Must Have 

• Spring Boot 3.x MVC,JPA,Batch,AOP – Must Have 

• Angular 2x – Good to have 

• HTML,JS and CSS – Good to have 

• Oracle, PostgreSQL – Must Have 

• Apache Tomcat – Must Have 

Behavioral Skills:  

• Ability to collaborate / Teamwork 

• Communication skills – oral & written 

• Attention to detail / rigor 

• Adaptability 

Education Level: ​Bachelor Degree or equivalent​

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and cross-functional deliverables for Java Backend Developer.
• Collaborate closely with departmental peers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Monitor core performance KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimization protocols.
• Champion high quality standards, peer reviews, and comprehensive team documentation.
