Job Title: Senior PMO

 

Summary:

 

The Senior PMO at Capco will play a pivotal role in managing and executing the Project Management Office (PMO) for various programs. This position requires a strategic mindset to handle transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management. The role is ideal for a skilled professional with a passion for delivering transformative solutions in the financial services industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute PMO Office functions, including transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management.
  • Maintain and manage the RAID framework, ensuring effective dependency management.
  • Prepare documentation for steering bodies and communicate results, including participation and minutes documentation.
  • Facilitate decision-making by preparing and coordinating workshops and meetings.
  • Act as an interface between central and decentralized PMOs and across all programs within the project body.
  • Provide migration expertise and deliver an outside-in perspective for program management.
  • Coordinate and moderate complex work packages, serving as an interface across programs when necessary.
  • Manage shared drives, facilitate document uploads and sharing, and support group reporting using tools like Jira, dbClarity, and PowerBI.
  • Oversee financials and resource planning.
  • Resolve critical issues within Project Body Transformation Office Model (PB TOM) workstreams as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Project/Program PMO.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different geographies.
  • Experience working with global customers in the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in project/program financials, budgeting, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in RAID log management.
  • Experience in setting up and chairing steering committee meetings.
  • Well-versed in creating executive reports and steering committee decks.
  • Thorough understanding of Project SDLC/governance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work UK shift timings.
