Role Overview
We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) – Payments Platform to join our team in Delhi NCR. In this position, you will take ownership of critical operational workstreams, collaborate across cross-functional units, and contribute directly to expanding our national footprint.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and performant payment systems infrastructure.
• Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
• Automate operational tasks and build tools to enhance system stability and efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, and post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence of outages.
