Job Description-

Candidate should have experience working on Third Party Risk management (TPRM).

Experience of effectively implementing and managing both business and technology changes within an organization to ensure a seamless transition to Business as Usual (BAU), including successful change adoption by both external and internal stakeholders Knowledge of banking and financial services industry and domain (Retail/corporate- both is preferred) Experience in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options Hands on experience on writing user stories and be familiar with delivery in agile methodology Usage of Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence) for requirements management Prior experience of implementing payments (Domestic/International) customer journey Knowledge and experience in Application Programming Interfaces (API) Analysis would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and cross-functional deliverables for BA TPRM- GCOO.
• Collaborate closely with departmental peers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Monitor core performance KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimization protocols.
• Champion high quality standards, peer reviews, and comprehensive team documentation.
