Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
• • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team
• • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
• • Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and system interface specifications

Stakeholder Management

• • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management
• • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements
• • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and project sponsors
• • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Solution Design & Validation

• • Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design optimal solutions
• • Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements and organizational constraints
• • Participate in system design reviews and provide business perspective
• • Define acceptance criteria and validation approaches for deliverables

Testing & Quality Assurance

• • Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
• • Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• • Document and track defects through resolution

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and cross-functional deliverables for Business Analyst.
• Collaborate closely with departmental peers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Monitor core performance KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimization protocols.
• Champion high quality standards, peer reviews, and comprehensive team documentation.
