MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Description:

Technical Skills: 

• 5+ years in test automation (Selenium, Karate DSL, or similar tools). 

• Strong Java/Python (or other OOP languages) for scripting. 

• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using Karate, Postman, or RestAssured. 

• Familiarity with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools. 

• Hands-on with Bitbucket/Git for version control. 

• Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Karate) is a plus. 

Testing Expertise: 

• Solid understanding of STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing. 

• Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports. 

Soft Skills: 

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork (collaboration with BAs, Devs, QA). 

• Self-motivated with a quality-first mindset. 

Behavioral Skills:

• Upgraded with Industry standard and requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and cross-functional deliverables for Automation Testing – Selenium Java and API.
• Collaborate closely with departmental peers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Monitor core performance KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimization protocols.
• Champion high quality standards, peer reviews, and comprehensive team documentation.
