Job Description –

Experience: 6–10 Years Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets

Must-Have Skills: Strong Business Analysis experience within Banking / Financial Services.
Hands-on experience in Nostro Accounts, Nostro Reconciliation, and Risk Reporting Expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT, and Go-Live Support.
Good understanding of Payments, Banking Operations, and Reconciliation Processes Experience working with Static Data / Reference Data / Master Data Management (MDM)
Ability to work with Business, Operations, Technology teams, SMEs, and Project Managers
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills: Process automation and operational improvement initiatives
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL (preferred) Agile project delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of projects and cross-functional deliverables for Nostro Risk Reporting Business Analyst.
• Collaborate closely with departmental peers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Monitor core performance KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimization protocols.
• Champion high quality standards, peer reviews, and comprehensive team documentation.
