Platform purpose
Job House India connects candidates and employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, candidate performance, response times or the accuracy of information supplied by other users.
Candidate rules
Applications are free for candidates. Provide accurate professional information, use the platform lawfully and never share passwords, OTPs or banking credentials with recruiters. Report any request for registration, interview, training, security-deposit or placement fees.
Employer rules
Employers must be authorised to recruit, provide accurate company and job information, disclose material compensation and workplace conditions, protect applicant data, avoid discriminatory or misleading requirements and never charge candidates.
Verification and moderation
A verification badge indicates checks completed by Job House India at a point in time; it is not a guarantee of future conduct or employment. We may review, restrict, suspend or remove listings and accounts that present safety, legal or quality risks.
Estimates and tools
Salary, tax, take-home, matching and comparison outputs are indicative tools, not financial, tax, legal or employment advice. Users should verify important information independently.
Acceptable use
Automated scraping, impersonation, spam, credential harvesting, unauthorised résumé distribution, fraudulent listings and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
Account and content
You are responsible for account activity and for content you submit. You grant the platform the limited rights required to store, process and display that content for the recruitment service.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, renewed consent. These terms should be reviewed by qualified Indian counsel before production launch.
